Summary: Room simple but clean. Hôtel easy to reach by public transport S & U Hermanstrasse. Friendly service at breakfast. One negative point: the sidewalk along the entire length of the hotel was covered in slippery ice for several days. It seems to me that the hotel could have done something about it.

Summary: We didn't have breakfast there. So I can not say anything about it. The motel is well located, I mean for the price it's good. We mainly choose it since we had an event in the area. It was clean, but it didn't have a frigobar (I bought cheese so I had to eat it 😅) But it was clean, something I really appreciate it. Clean towels, shampoo, and soap. Also a smart TV that we appreciated after a cold day hehe. The common areas were nice. We only used them when we went out to plan our day. Also, we arrived at 16 or something and you have to self check in in a machine which is outside. It was quick. Comfortable pillows and bed.

Summary: Staff was nice, there were parking in the basement. Room was small but fine. But the bed was quite bad, with deep indentations in the middle from use.

Summary: Staff were ok but a bit inattentive at times such as checking in and at the bar. Toilet seat in the room clean but badly stained in fact the whole hotel is looking a bit tired. Having said that we have been coming here for many years now and it is still very convenient for us although a kettle in the room would be useful.
